Ruben Abarca is a Policy, and EU Project Officer at EVTA, where he manages EU-funded projects and closely monitors evolving EU policies. He holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration, complemented by three years of Law studies, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Political Marketing and Strategic Communication. His background combines political and legal knowledge with strong expertise in policy analysis, project management, and strategic communication, making him a valuable contributor to EVTA’s European-level initiatives
