About me

Marios Paras is the representative of NOVEL Group within European Vocational Training Association. Operating both as a certified Vocational Training Centre and an IT consulting company, NOVEL Group combines expertise in skills development, entrepreneurship, employability, and digital innovation through the delivery of training programmes and customised technological solutions. Within EVTA, Marios has distinguished himself as one of the network’s most active and proactive members, recognised for his creativity, strategic mindset, and exceptional capacity to build impactful initiatives and partnerships. With extensive expertise in EU project development, investment strategies, and funding acquisition, he has become a key contributor to consortium building and project generation across the network. His strongest asset remains his extensive international network of contacts, which he continuously mobilises to strengthen cooperation opportunities and even expand EVTA’s membership base by bringing new organisations into the network.
