Description of the training centre

The Hotel training center of Acqui Terme in the province of Alessandria, is situated in the hilly area of Low Monferrato, about half of the line that connects the main cities of Turin and Genua. The course activities started in November 1980. In the Centre, you can find a current and innovative conception of cooking and restaurant practice. The steps kitchen classroom is devoted to cooking lessons and many activities linked to meals preparation allow the pupils to take advantage of the canteen, used as a restaurant. With an average of 35 hours lessons weekly, the training course ends with an Exam, that allows to obtain the Certificate of Competency.

The Training Courses are aimed at students between 14 and 17 years and allow to obtain the certification of Cooking operators or Restaurant operators, acquiring specific and targeted skills within the respective area.

The CFP Alberghiero/Hotel school has recently introduced the 4° Formative Year, in order to obtain the Professional Technical Diploma that gives the possibility to enter the Job World as a Senior

Technician. Moreover specialization courses in Bakery/Pastry and Technical restaurant/bar courses are available for pupils with qualification and short courses for working people in restaurant/bar service or cooking. During its long being, the Hotel School has always deeply identified itself with the territory that holds it, developing synergies with many regional and provincial Organizations and Associations, always considering its international vocation.
