PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Smart Jobs: AI Solutions for Employability is an Erasmus+ project that aims to modernise employability and career guidance services by aligning vocational education and training (VET) with emerging labour market needs. The project focuses on supporting Employability Professionals through updated curricula, innovative AI-based tools and specialised training. Smart Jobs will develop a common European Curriculum and Competence Framework, an AI-powered chatbot with micro-learning resources to support onboarding processes, and a dedicated training programme for professionals working in employability and career guidance services.
OBJECTIVES
- Align VET provision for employability and career guidance professionals with current and emerging labour market needs.
- Upgrade training opportunities for Employability Professionals through new tools, methodologies and learning resources.
- Develop and test digital solutions to support job-seekers, new hires and employers during onboarding.
- Create a common Curriculum and Competence Framework adaptable to different national employability systems.
