PROJECT DESCRIPTION

IMAGE is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership project co-funded by the European Union that addresses one of the major challenges facing European workplaces: the ageing workforce and the need for more inclusive human resource management practices.

The project seeks to strengthen the competences of HR professionals by integrating age management, diversity, equity and inclusion principles into their professional profiles and training pathways. Through research, training, policy recommendations and the exchange of good practices, IMAGE supports organisations in creating more inclusive workplaces that recognise and value the contribution of workers of all ages.

By bringing together VET providers, higher education institutions, professional organisations and labour market stakeholders, the project promotes innovative approaches to age management and supports equal access to lifelong learning and career development opportunities.
