PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The EVA project addresses the growing need for AI-driven HR and talent management skills within the VET and SME ecosystem. It develops an AI-driven HR competency framework, a 60-hour EQF level 4 training programme, an AI-powered HR assistant, and a gamified HR work simulation.

The project combines stakeholder research, co-creation, piloting, validation, and large-scale dissemination to ensure that AI-driven HR competencies are practical, ethical, and aligned with labour market needs. EVA also builds transnational cooperation mechanisms (workshops, networking hubs, policy outputs) to ensure long-term uptake and sustainability across Europe.
