PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Recogn(AI)ze is an EU-funded project under the Erasmus+ KA220-VET – Cooperation Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training action. The project aims to enhance accessibility, inclusion, and digital transformation in VET by integrating AI-powered tools to better support learners with Specific Learning Disorders (SLDs).
Through research, training, pilot actions, and community-building, Recogn(AI)ze promotes a personalised and inclusive approach to learning, career guidance, mentoring, and employability support, ensuring that VET professionals are equipped to respond to diverse learner needs.
OBJECTIVES
Improve inclusion and accessibility in VET for learners with SLDs
Strengthen VET professionals’ digital, transversal, and AI-related skills
Support early detection of SLDs and inclusive career guidance
Promote the responsible use of AI for personalised learning and mentoring
Build a transnational community of practice on AI and inclusive VET
RESULTS
A training programme for VET professionals, tested and evaluated in multiple countries
AI-based tools and resources supporting inclusive teaching, mentoring, and career guidance
Increased capacity of VET providers to identify and support learners with SLDs
An international network of VET trainers, mentors, and stakeholders experienced in AI-supported inclusion
Increased awareness and uptake of inclusive AI practices across Europe

EVTA’s ROLE
European Vocational Training Association (EVTA) leads Work Package 5 – Communication and Dissemination. Its responsibilities include:
Developing and coordinating the Communication Strategy and Annual Plans
Managing project visibility, dissemination, and stakeholder engagement at EU level
Maintaining the project website and visual identity (with technical support from the coordinator)
Coordinating multiplier events and dissemination reporting
Supporting the creation of communication toolkits and an international community of practice
