PROJECT SOCIAL MEDIA
OBJECTIVES
- Measure the progress of women in digital (WiD) across Europe and beyond.
- Develop a replicable index on women’s participation in ICT.
- Identify and share best practices and benchmarks to support gender inclusion.
- Build a sustainable expert forum and community to continue work beyond the project.
- Provide targeted analysis and recommendations to guide policies and initiatives.
- Organise annual summits and publish yearly reports on women in digital.
RESULTS
- A WiD Index covering all EU Member States, showing progress and national actions.
- A systematic library of best practices accessible to stakeholders.
- A Forum of experts with a sustainable model for long-term impact.
- Annual summits for knowledge exchange and expert validation.
- An annual report on the state of women in digital in Europe.

- Women and girls interested in STEM and ICT careers.
- Policymakers and education/training providers.
- Industry, universities, and digital skills networks.
- Organisations working on gender equality and digital transformation.
EVTA’s ROLE
As a partner, EVTA contributes through its network of vocational training providers, supporting the dissemination of best practices and ensuring that vocational training actors are engaged in promoting women in digital education and careers.
