PROJECT DESCRIPTION

HR+ – Innovative competencies for HR manager among twin and social transition in knowledge intensive industries, is dedicated to redefining the role of the HR Manager in Knowledge-Intensive (KI) organisations through the co-creation of an innovative, transnational training programme. This programme aims to equip HR professionals with the advanced skills, knowledge, and competencies essential to meeting the evolving demands within KI organisations across Italy, Spain, Hungary, and Portugal.

OBJECTIVES

  • Conduct a comprehensive needs assessment within partner countries (Italy, Spain, Hungary, Portugal) to understand HR’s current classification within regional, national, and EU frameworks.
  • Develop and trial a new HR Profile (EQF6/ECVET) through three pilot programes (IT, ES, HU).
  • Build an integrated communication strategy through targeted actions to disseminate project results, raise stakeholder awareness of work as a means of inclusion, and highlight the strategic role of VET in bridging employment and policymaking.

RESULTS

  • A Transnational Report analysing the general HR framework, ongoing transformations, and emerging skill requirements.
  • An HR+ Training Programme with three national adaptations (IT, ES, HU) and three pilot actions involving 45 HR professionals.
  • Four events held in Italy, Spain, Hungary, and Brussels, engaging over 125 stakeholders.
  • An HR+ Profile recognised in Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Spain, and Hungary’s national standards.

TARGET GROUPS
