On 18th September, project partners gathered to plan the organisation of Work Package 4 (WP4), which focuses on the pilot testing of the training modules developed during the project. This meeting comes as Work Package 3 (WP3), dedicated to designing a joint curriculum for upskilling secondary education teachers to create more inclusive classrooms, approaches its conclusion.
WP4 introduces several new activities aimed at enhancing teacher training and international collaboration. Key activities include:
- Online training sessions.
- Face-to-face theoretical training for secondary education teachers in Ireland, Turkey, Austria, and Greece.
- Training of trainers to ensure high-quality instruction.
- The establishment of “Teacher Academies” Internationalisation offices.
These efforts aim to equip educators with the skills and knowledge needed to foster inclusivity in classrooms across diverse educational contexts.
